International Exchanges

In recent years, the school’s international cooperation and exchanges have developed vigorously.

Students actively participate in undergraduate exchange programs, including the University of California, Berkeley, the University of Birmingham, Utrecht University in Netherlands, Tohoku University in Japan, etc.


The forms of international exchanges are becoming increasingly diversified. In 2019, a total of 23 part-time teachers were invited to give lectures, including 10 lectures by overseas scholars; 41 papers were published jointly with overseas scholars, and one international conference was hosted.


In 2018, the college recruited international students from Australia, Somalia, Benin and other countries to study for master's and doctoral degrees; in the same year, Overseas scholars from Stanford University, University of Technology Sydney, Imperial College, University of Western Australia, San Francisco State University, University of Connecticut, University of Sheffield, etc. have conducted academic exchange lectures for 10 times; and jointly published 15 academic papers with scholars from the University of Hong Kong, Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, Hong Kong Polytechnic University, City University of Hong Kong, University of Quebec, Griffith University, University of Surrey, San Francisco State University, German Federal Institute of Materials Research and Testing.


In 2018, International Symposium on Advanced Membrane Bioreactors for Environment Sustainability was hosted, and 22 people participated in 17 academic exchange conferences in the United States, South Korea, Austria, Germany, Thailand, Italy and other countries.
